Common questions

Order status? Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 7 business days and nothing has arrived, email me and I will look into it.

Something arrived damaged? Email a photo within 5 days of delivery and I will make it right. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
